Delivery, Singapore
Bioeonline has a flat delivery & handling fees of US$5.00
for all orders up to US$150.00 in merchandise value. For orders
over US$150.00, standard delivery is free, with the following
exception: Certain products carry an additional per-item shipping
fee due to their weight. These products are identified by
an asterisk (*) after their description. The per-item delivery
& handling fee for such items is noted at the bottom of
the product's description. This additional delivery and handling
fee will be added to all orders containing these products,
including orders over US$150.00.
International Delivery
International delivery rates are calculated for each order.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all international
orders:

Purchaser assumes
risk for any and all product confiscated by customs. Bioeonline
cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price
for any such product. It is the purchaser's responsibility
to know their country's customs regulations relating to
the product(s) they wish to import. Purchaser is responsible
for your country's customs or taxes.

In the event an
order is returned to Bioeonline by Customs, refund is
limited to 75% of purchase price of the product returned.
Delivery and handling for such returned orders is not
refundable.
