Shipping and Returns
For Singapore Shipping
We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.
Your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your purchase. Delivery hours are between 10 am to 8 pm on Monday to Friday. There is no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Delivery may take longer than seven (7) business days for an item which is out of stock. We will contact you accordingly. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.
Online price is stated at GST inclusive. Prevailing GST rate of 7% will be charged on all order delivered in Singapore only.
Free Shipping for orders over SGD50.00
All Singapore order over SGD50.00 (after discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any Singapore order of less than SGD50.00 will incur a standard shipping charge of just SGD5.00.
An order is placed when you go through the checkout process, successfully make payment and receive an order confirmation via email.
For International Shipping
All deliveries for addresses out of Singapore will incur a flat shipping charge based on the zone of the country of delivery address.

The fixed rates are limited to parcel up to 2kg. Please contact us if you need to ship a package that exceeds 2kg.
Duties & Taxes
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order. As duties and taxes vary from country to country, they are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office for those charges, and any additional charges that may apply. We will not be responsible for the duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order.
Customers are responsible for making sure that they are allowed to import our dietary supplement product. If Customs in your country returns your order to us for any reason, we will refund to your credit card account the total of your purchase minus twice your shipping charge (because we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return the order to us), plus any other charges incurred, such as quarantine or warehousing fees assessed by Customs in your country.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders will be ready for shipping within three (3) business days from the time you make the purchase.
When your order is shipped by Speedpost or Singapore Post Air Parcel, you will receive an email with receipt number and complete information on tracking of delivery service and progress. Please inform us if your package does not arrive after 30 days of shipment confirmation.
Your order is considered fulfilled once we hand-off the package to SingPost. In the unlikely event your order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, we will have to refer the issue to SingPost. For damages, please provide a description of the damage, a photograph and delivery receipt to us.
Returns and Replacement
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products once your order has been processed and shipped out according to shipping instruction. All products sold are non refundable and non returnable except if the product shipped is damaged or is of incorrect product from the order placed. In such cases, we shall either refund the value of the product or replace the product.
